Abstract: The invention discloses a method for acquiring user information. The method comprises that: after receiving first request message sent by a user terminal for accessing a website server, the website server acquires a user ID of the user terminal from the user terminal, and acquires corresponding user information from an instant messaging server by using the user ID; therefore, when a client anonymously accesses the website server, the website server also can acquire the detailed user information of the client and actively provides accurate website service to the client according to the user information so as to greatly promote the service quality, increase the client attractive force of the website and further improve the gain of the website to a certain extent. The invention discloses a communication device and a communication system at the same time.
