Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for implementing interleave or deinterleave. The method comprises the following steps: the original data to be interleaved or deinterleaved are cached into a before-treatment cache unit; a dummy calculation correction factor table is combined to calculate a read-write control address; according to the read-write control address, the original data to be interleaved or deinterleaved are read from the before-treatment cache unit and written in the after-treatment cache unit, and the operation of interleave or deinterleave is completed. The present invention also provides a device for implementing interleave or deinterleave. Through the method and device, data to be treated are not required to be subjected to matrix cache in the interleave or deinterleave process, and thus the purpose of saving the storage space and reducing the time delay in the treatment is achieved
