Abstract: The invention discloses a mechanical counting device with an automatic simulated pearl culling function. The mechanical counting device comprises a stander, wherein a feeding device, a conveying device and a collection device are mounted on the stander; the feeding device is arranged at the feeding end of the conveying device; the collection device is positioned at the discharging end of the conveying device; the feeding device comprises a supplied material feeding box and a feeding rolling shaft; at least one row of pearl accommodating holes are formed in the outer surface of the feeding rolling shaft and surrounds the circumferential direction of the feeding rolling shaft; each row includes a plurality of pearl accommodating holes extending along the axial line of the feeding rolling shaft; an image acquisition device is arranged above the conveying device. The whole process of counting pearls is automatic; the pearl accommodating holes are formed in the feeding rolling shaft to disperse the pearls and control the quantity of the pearls; a camera and an image processing system automatically calculate the quantity of the pearls, so that the counting accuracy is improved, and full-automatic counting of the pearls is realized. The mechanical counting device further comprises a culling system for culling and smashing simulated pearls.
