Abstract: The invention discloses a low temperature force sensor performance verification device. The low temperature force sensor performance verification device comprises a fixation frame and a monitoring unit, wherein a hydraulic actuator is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of the top of the fixation frame; an output shaft at the bottom of the hydraulic actuator is connected to a standard force sensor; the bottom of the standard force sensor is connected to a loading plate; a low temperature storage box with an opening on the top is arranged below the loading plate; a low temperature force sensor is arranged in the low temperature storage box and is located directly below the loading plate; a plurality of temperature sensors are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the low temperature force sensor; and the monitoring unit is in electrical signal connection with the standard force sensor, the low temperature force sensor and the temperature sensors respectively. The low-temperature force sensor performance verification device is simple in structure, convenient to control, easy to install and maintain and low in detection cost, is capable of accurately, reliably and efficiently detecting the mechanical property of the low temperature force sensor in a low temperature environment, and is suitable for wide popularization and application.
