Abstract: • Le paludisme de la femme enceinte (PFE) demeure l'une des causes majeures de la degradation de la sante materno-infantile dans les zones de transmission stable des parasites P.falciparum. Pourtant, la comprehension de la pathogenese du PFE et de l'acquisition de la premunition a ce syndrome progresse rapidement, comme le presente cette revue bibliographique succincte.
