TL;DR: Effect of Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Leadership Style on Employee Performance of PT. Aceh Distribution Indo Raya is a study that investigates the relationship between organizational commitment, work motivation and leadership style with employee performance. The results show that organizational commitment, work motivation and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance.

TL;DR: In this article, the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test, and the results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, while simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance.
