Abstract: La neoliberalisation du droit se traduit par le recours accru aux procedures juridiques associees au droit social pour sanctionner ou controler des personnes vivant en situation de pauvrete. C’est du moins ce que revele l’etude des pratiques judiciaires quebecoises en matiere de logement, de sante mentale et de protection de la jeunesse. Parallelement, depuis une vingtaine d’annees, l’accessibilite des services juridiques n’a fait que diminuer, forcant un nombre de plus en plus important de personnes a faire face a la justice sans avocate ou avocat ou representees par des avocates ou avocats sous-payes et debordes.
