Impact of dietary anthocyanins on systemic and vascular inflammation: Systematic review and meta-analysis on randomised clinical trials.
TL;DR: Administration of higher doses of anthocyanins significantly decreased levels of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, and VCAM-1, and subgroup analyses showed, and the results indicate that dietary anthcyanins reduce the levels of systemic and vascular inflammation in the subjects.
