The effect of thermal annealing on Fe/TiO2 coatings deposited with the help of RF PECVD method. Part I. Chemical and phase composition
Anna Sobczyk-Guzenda,S. Owczarek,Damian Batory,Jacek Balcerzak,Maciej Gazicki-Lipman,Hieronim Szymanowski +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the results of the studies on chemical structure and phase composition of both non-annealed and thermally annealed iron doped TiO 2 coatings are presented.

Influence of drying methods on the structure and properties of cellulose formate and its application as a reducing agent.
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of four drying methods on the structure and properties of the resultant cellulose formate (CF) was investigated, and the results showed that the CF samples as special cellulose nanofibrils with cellulose II crystal form and fibrous structure were sensitive to drying temperature and drying time.

1,2-Addition Reaction of a Protic Phosphonium Cation with a Phosphaalkyne
TL;DR: In this article, the reaction of 1-adamantylphosphaalkyne [C10H15C⋮P] with triphenylphosphonium triflate [HPPh3][CF3SO3] quantitatively produces a P-phosphonoio-substituted phosphaalkene 5 [C 10H 15C(H)P(P(C6H5)3)] via 1,2 addition.

Spectroscopic (vibrational, NMR and UV–vis.) and quantum chemical investigations on 4-hexyloxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde
TL;DR: The 4-hexyloxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde compound as one of the derivatives of vanillin which is a well known flavoring agent, C14H20O3, has been investigated by experimentally and extensively utilizing density functional theory (DFT) at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level.

Utilization of Low-Cost Bio-waste Adsorbent for Methylene Blue Dye Removal from Aqueous Solutions and Optimization of Process Variables by Response Surface Methodology Approach
TL;DR: In this paper, the sesame seed cake was utilized as an adsorbent to remove methylene blue which is one of the most used cationic dyes in various industries. But the results obtained from the adsorption experiments were evaluated by using an analysis of variance, and the statistically significant quadratic model was developed.
