Abstract: The invention provides an Internet-based data communication implementation method. The Internet comprises two or more subnets. Each subnet is uniquely identified by a global network prefix, gets access to the Internet through an access router, includes more switches than two switches, wherein the switch connected directly to the access router is a core switch and the switch connected directly with user equipment is an access switch. The topological structure formed by all access routers and switches in a subnet is a tree structure, wherein the access router is the root node of the tree structure. A user may acquire service data from a nearest server in a unicast way by using the Internet-based data communication implementation method provided by the invention, thereby shortening time delay and cost for acquiring the service data and improving service quality. The method can be applied to big data acquisition and other fields and has wide application prospect.
