Abstract: An approach to the development of intelligent modeling systems based on Cloud-technology is proposed in the paper. The advantage of this approach is to reduce the complexity and timing of the knowledge-based modeling systems development for a wide range of subject domains. In the paper the systems used for identification, classification and definition of the parameters of motion of offshore facilities are described.
