Abstract: The invention provides an integrated type micro-fluid control electrochemical biological sensing system for rapid biochemical analysis, and an application method of the system. The system comprises a continuous feeding unit, a micro-fluid control chip and a power system, wherein the continuous feeding unit is used for sequentially conveying a forerunner eluant, a sample solution, a sample eluant, a signal probe solution, a signal probe eluant and an electrochemical detection buffer solution; the micro-fluid control chip consists of one or more micro-channel networks; the micro-fluid control chip covers an electrode array so as to form a channel system; capture probes which have interaction with the sample solution are fixed on the upper surface of the electrode array; the channel system is connected with the continuous feeding unit; the power system is used for providing power for the continuous feeding unit. Three techniques of the planar electrode array, the micro-fluid control chip and the continuous feeding unit are innovatively combined together, and the integrated type micro-fluid control electrochemical biological sensing system which is small in size and low in cost and has a wide application prospect is provided.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors provide a preparation method and the application of an electrochemical micro-fluidic sensing chip, which can perform ultrasensitive detection on various sample analytes in a biological fluid sample, taking the detection of a prostate cancer marker PSA (Prostatespecific Antigen) in human serum as an example, and a result shows that the detection sensitivity can reach 0.84 pg/mL which is improved by two magnitudes than the standardized clinical testing requirement of 0.1 ng/mL.
