Abstract: PURPOSE:To input a program easily from a keyboard by allowing an information source to be displayed on a CRT to include also a command word at the input of the program from a digital touch panel formed on a CRT screen. CONSTITUTION:Internal and external storage devices 3, 4 have maintenance, user and program files, which can be optionally displayed on a CRT2 by an instruction from the operator. Proper commands, specific characters or messages for controlling software for registration, change, stop and program input are displayed on the CRT2. A switching function on the grating surface of the digital touch panel 5 is formed in accordance with the position of function display on the CRT2, and while checking the function display through eyes, the part is pressed with a finger through the digital touch panel to attain program input or the like.
