Abstract: The embodiment of the invention provides a service platform and an information processing method applied to the service platform. The service platform is configured with a resource management unit; the resource management unit correspondingly stores the user identifier of a user and item information of the user related to a micro-service; after a first micro-service in the service platform receives a service request of the user, the first micro-service obtains the item information of the user related to the first micro-service; furthermore, the item information comes from the resource management unit; and then, the first micro-service provides a corresponding service for the user based on the obtained item information. All the item information used by the micro-service in the service platform in the operation process comes from the resource management unit; but, the micro-service is unnecessary to independently manage and maintain SLA information of the user; therefore, the management manner about the SLA information in the service platform can be simplified; and simultaneously, the maintenance difficulty is reduced.
