Abstract: Nous avons publie, dans notre precedence livraison, une circulaire adressee aux Societes nationales, en date du 18 mars 1974, et selon laquelle les fonctions assumees par le directeur du Groupe operationnel pour l'lndochine (IOG), M. O. Stroh, sont exercees, des avril, par les directeurs des operations du CICR et de la Ligue, MM. J.-P. Hocke et J.-P. Robert-Tissot. Mais IOG reste en activite a Geneve, et il demeure au service des deux institutions.
