Pharmacokinetics of galanthamine, a long-acting anticholinesterase drug, in anesthetized patients
TL;DR: The pharmacokinetics of the long-acting anticholinesterase drug, Galanthamine, were investigated in eight patients as discussed by the authors, and the decrease in the serum concentration of galanthamine followed a biexponential curve.

Buspirone pharmacokinetics in patients with cirrhosis.
K Dalhoff,HE Poulsen,Peter Garred,M. Placchi,Richard E. Gammans,Robert F. Mayol,Marc A. Pfeffer +6 more
TL;DR: The pharmacokinetics of a single oral dose of buspirone (20 mg) were determined in 12 patients with cirrhosis and 12 normal subjects and on the kinetic evidence busPirone should be used with caution in liver disease.
Fatal hepatotoxicity associated with 6-mercaptopurine therapy.
TL;DR: A case of fatal hepatotoxicity without overt marrow suppression in the maintenance treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia is reported, with a 68-year-old man developing hepatic encephalopathy with renal failure resulting finally in death.

Plasma levels and urinary excretion of lormetazepam in patients with liver cirrhosis and in healthy volunteers.
TL;DR: Apart from increased levels of the unchanged drug due to porto-systemic shunt and/or disease-dependent lower glucuronidation rate, the pharmacokinetics of lormetazepam were not altered in cirrhotic patients and it can be concluded that for this group of patients the drug can be administered according to the same dose regimen as that used for normal subjects.

Characterization of the cytochrome P450 enzymes involved in the in vitro metabolism of ethosuximide by human hepatic microsomal enzymes.
TL;DR: Simulations of scaled-up in vivo ethosuximide CL hepatic mediated by CYP3A4 and CYP2E1 based on the in vitro CL' int values project that well over 90% of in vivoCL hepatic is due to CYP 3A4.
