Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, in particular to an image processing method for background suppression, aiming at reducing background interference of image signal andsolving the problem of low signal-to-noise ratio of HTV image under complex flow field. The technical proposal of the invention is as follows: firstly, the method removes the OH fluorescence background interference of the digital image collected at the current sampling time through an adaptive difference method by using a spatial transformation module; secondly, the spatial transform module is called to remove the background noise of the current digital image LD by adaptive spatial filtering. Finally, the frequency domain transform module is called to remove the background noise of the current digital image LS by wavelet filtering. The image preprocessing ability of HTV velocity measurement in high temperature and high speed flow field is effectively improved, the background interferenceof image signal is reduced, and the image signal-to-noise ratio is improved.
