Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image process device, a program, an image process method and the like that enable a position of an object to be detected only by implementing labeling to a learning image when learning by use of a learning image having an object and the like expressing a correct label reflected on a partSOLUTION: Th image process device includes: an input reception part 110 that receives an input of a learning image and a correct label; a process part 120 that performs a generation process of classifier data and a process object image; and a storage part 130 that stores the classifier data The process part 120 generates the process object image serving as an entire image of the learning image or a partial image thereof, calculates an amount of a characteristic of the process object image, generates the classifier data on the basis of teacher data serving as a pair of the amount of the characteristic and the correct label imparted to the learning image corresponding to the amount of the characteristic, generates an image group on the basis of the learning image or the process object image, classifies each of the images of the image group using the classifier data, calculates a classification score of each image, and regenerates the process object image on the basis of the classification score and the image group
