Abstract: The embodiment of the invention provides an image loading display method. The method includes the steps that loading contents of a page image are determined; the loading contents of the page image are loaded one by one; after each loading content is loaded, the loaded loading content is displayed, wherein the loading contents of the page image are outlines of the contents of the page images or at least one of the outlines of the contents of the page images and colors and detail information in the outlines, and the loading priority of the outlines is highest. By means of the method, the problem that in the prior art, a user needs to wait for a long time to see the page image and determine whether the image is the image that the user is interested can be solved. The embodiment of the invention discloses an image loading display device.
