Abstract: The invention relates to a hydrogen effect testing device and system. The hydrogen effect testing device comprises a control module, an atmosphere regulation and control module, a sample testing module, a data acquisition module and a server electrically connected with the control module, wherein the sample testing module includes a sealed box body, a heater and a testing circuit board electrically connected with a device under test; the heater and the testing circuit board are arranged in the sealed box body; the heater is electrically connected with the control module; and the testing circuit board is electrically connected with the control module through the data acquisition module. The testing environment, namely, the atmosphere and temperature of the box body, of the device under testcan be conveniently regulated at any time by using the hydrogen effect testing device, so that influences imposed on the device under test by a hydrogen effect under different conditions can be tested, and thus the influences imposed on the device by the hydrogen effect can be tested comprehensively, accurately and quickly.
