Abstract: The invention is applicable to the technical field of reliability evaluation of electronic components and provides a hydrogen effect test box and system. The system comprises a power supply module, ahydrogen concentration control module, a temperature control module, a vacuuming module, a parameter testing module and a hydrogen effect test box, wherein the vacuuming module is used for setting theinterior of the hydrogen effect test box to a vacuum state so as to enable the hydrogen concentration control module to discharge a preset concentration of hydrogen into the hydrogen effect test box;the temperature control module is used for controlling the temperature inside the hydrogen effect test box; the power supply module is used for applying a bias voltage to a test device, and the parameter test module is used for monitoring a parameter change value of the test device after the bias voltage is applied. According to the hydrogen effect test box and system in the invention, the temperature and the hydrogen concentration in the test box can be accurately controlled, also, a bias voltage can be applied to the test device and the parameter change value of the test device is monitored, thereby evaluating the influence of the hydrogen concentration on the parameters of the test device.
