Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a stencil paper free from missing in printing and having favorable durability to printing, by a method wherein a mixture obtained by adding a rosin base resin to a vinyl acetate base resin is used as an adhesive, in a stencil paper obtained by laminating a polyester film and a porous tissue paper on each other. CONSTITUTION:A polyester film and a porous tissue paper are laminated on each other by using an adhesive obtained by adding a rosin base resin to a vinyl acetate base resin in an amount of 3-25wt%, preferably 8-15wt%. The stencil paper thus obtained has rigid adhesion between the polyester film and the porous tissue paper, and will not be delaminated when being used.
