Abstract: The invention relates to the field of garbage treatment structures, in particular to a garbage sorting device which comprises an automatic dumping frame and a garbage sorting box. The automatic dumping frame lifts a garbage can to pour garbage into the garbage sorting box. The automatic dumping frame comprises a vertical guide column, a bracket, a jacking cylinder, a guide wheel and an auxiliary discharge outlet. The jacking cylinder pushes the bracket to move to the garbage sorting box along the vertical guide column. The garbage sorting box comprises a box cover, a box body and a filtering plate, wherein the box cover is hinged to the box body, a liquid outlet and a solid outlet are formed in the bottom of the box body, and the filtering plate is arranged on the liquid outlet. According to the garbage sorting device, conveying is more stable through the overturning structure, and seepage in the overturning process is avoided; and meanwhile, a collecting unit for sorted garbage is further arranged, primary classifying of the garbage is facilitated, a foundation is laid for subsequent garbage treatment, and garbage treatment efficiency is improved.
