TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explored the vocal demands on teachers in UK classrooms and explored how voice quality is influenced by psychophysical use as defined in the Alexander Technique, and found that it is feasible to measure voice quality and other changes occurring when the teacher follows a procedure of the Technique to adjust their stance.
