Abstract: The invention discloses a flow cytometer optical system. A channel for enabling a to-be-detected substance to pass through is arranged in a flow chamber; an excitation light source of a light source module forms non-coincident focusing spots in the channel; a light collecting module is used for collecting scattered light and/or fluorescence, converging the light and then outputting the light; a forward detection module is configured to receive and detect the scattered light; a fluorescence detection module includes an optical signal transmission module, a light splitting module and a detectionmodule; the optical signal transmission module is arranged at any position that is not intersected with each other in a full aperture range of an optical lens for deflecting the optical signals outputted by the light collecting module; the light splitting module is used for outputting the deflected optical signals; and the detection module is used for detection the optical signals. Thus, througharranging multiple photoelectric sensors and the light splitting device in the fluorescence detection module, the problems that a measurement result is degraded or invalid due to slight movement of the light collecting module when an optical fiber is adopted for transmission can be solved, and the stability of the system is enhanced.
