Black holes and radiometry
TL;DR: In this article, a short discussion of Schwarzschild black holes as radiometric standards is provided, and the Bogolubov-Hawking coefficient of the Schwarzschild Black Hole is put in the squeezing perspective.
Phenomenological model of the so-called “low voltage” field emission
Valery E. Ptitsin
- 08 Sep 2014
TL;DR: In this paper, a phenomenological model of the known lowvoltage field emission phenomenon is presented and advanced based on the original experimental data received in researches of the field induced emission properties of a low-dimensional nanoheterostructures.
Effect of electron emission processes on macroparticle charging in plasma systems with electron beam
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of different electron emission processes on macropraticle (MP) charging in a plasma at the presence of electron beam was investigated, and a complete model of the MP charging in the beam-plasma systems, which includes possible electron emissions processes from the MP surface, such as secondary electron emission, the thermionic electron emissions, the field electron emission and thermal-field electron emission was presented.
Об учёте кулоновского взаимодействия при рождении пар в сильном электрическом поле
B. B. Levchenko
- 01 Jan 2010
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose an approach to improve the quality of the service provided by the service provider by using the information of the user's interaction with the provider of services.
Theoretical Study of Field Emission from GaN
Moon S. Chung,B. G. Yoon,J. M. Park +2 more
- 06 Aug 2002
TL;DR: In this paper, the Porsson equation was used to calculate the field emission current from the n-type wurzite GaN along (0001) direction, assuming an independent electron model with the current flow only in the z direction.
