Abstract: Les stades larvaires et l’adulte d’une nouvelle espece d’Echinostome a 37 epines cepha- liques originaire de Guadeloupe sont decrits. Le premier hote intermediaire est le Mollusque vecteur de Schistosoma mansoni dans cette ile, Biomphalaria glabrata . Les metacercaires s’enkystent dans la cavite pericardique du meme Mollusque et du Mollusque Physide Physa marmorata , ainsi que dans les reins des tetards de Bufo marinus . Les adultes se developpent experimentalement chez les canetons de Cairina moschata et chez le Canari, mais non chez les canetons d’Anas platyrhyncos , le Pigeon, le Poussin, la Souris albinos, Rattus rattus, R. norvegicus albinos et sauvage. L’hote definitif naturel est inconnu.
