Impact of exercise programs among helicopter pilots with transient LBP
TL;DR: This study indicates that participants who performed a three months exercise program had improved muscle endurance at the end of the program and the helicopter pilots also experienced improved function and quality of health.

Core muscles' endurance in flexible flatfeet: A cross - sectional study.
TL;DR: Impairment of the lateral core muscles’ endurance was observed in subjects with bilateral flexible flatfeet which may predispose to low back pain and other lower limb injuries in those subjects.

The effects of core stabilization exercises on the neuromuscular function of athletes with ACL reconstruction
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the effect of eight weeks of simple core stability training on core endurance, hip strength, and knee kinematics in ACLR athletes and found that the training group showed a significant increase in core endurance and hip abductor and external rotator strength.
The relationship between scapular and core muscle endurance in professional athletes
Gamze Cobanoglu,Sinem Suner Keklik,Ali Zorlular,Elif Aygun Polat,Esedullah Akaras,Cagatay Muslum Gokdogan,Nihan Kafa,Nevin Atalay Güzel +7 more
- 01 Jan 2019
TL;DR: It can be seen that in athletes, scapular muscle endurance increases as core muscle Endurance increases, which suggests that development of scAPular and core muscle endurance in athletes is necessary for performance and for prevention of injuries.

Intraclass correlations: uses in assessing rater reliability.
TL;DR: In this article, the authors present guidelines for choosing among six different forms of the intraclass correlation for reliability studies in which n target are rated by k judges, and the confidence intervals for each of the forms are reviewed.
Forming inferences about some intraclass correlation coefficients.

TL;DR: A review of the distinction between various forms of intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) can be found in this article, followed by a discussion of the relationship between the two types of ICCs.

The stabilizing system of the spine. Part I. Function, dysfunction, adaptation, and enhancement.
TL;DR: The conceptual basis for the assertion that the spinal stabilizing system consists of three subsystems is presented, which includes the neural subsystem, which determines the requirements for spinal stability by monitoring the various transducer signals, and directs the active subsystem to provide the needed stability.

The Role of Core Stability in Athletic Function
TL;DR: Evaluation of the core should be dynamic, and include evaluation of the specific functions (trunk control over the planted leg) and directions of motions (three-planar activity).
