The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Perceived e-Service Quality, Consumers' Perceived Value, Purchase, Loyalty Intentions and Satisfaction
TL;DR: In this paper , a survey was conducted on 321 Greek e-customers, who answered a questionnaire, which was distributed electronically in the format of a google form, and the results of the survey showed that emotional intelligence positively affects perceived e-service quality, consumers' perceived value, Loyalty Intentions as well as customer satisfaction.
