TL;DR: In this paper, a mensuracao do marketing de relationamento foi feita atraves da escala proposta by Wilson e Vlosky (1997), e o nivel de servicos ao cliente foi verificado atrasves de indicadores de servicos gerados com base em metodologia adequada, tendo como foco os gestores de minimercados.

TL;DR: This paper analyzes some important constructs which can be seen as antecedents for the provision of correct personal data and indicates that the benefits from individualized communication, trust in the secure data submission over the Internet and the degree of information available to customers as to how companies treat personal data, significantly influence users' attitudes toward providing correct information.
