Abstract: Introduction To support the design and evaluation of human centered ubiquitous technologies, we must explore the relationship between in situ capture and annotation to ex situ reflection, elaboration and exchange. In this document, I describe prior work that indicates why that relationship is important and provide research questions arising from this relationship. I then propose a project, Editorial, to explore these questions.
