Abstract: Provided are a method and device for eliminating echo. The method comprises: an echo path characteristic parameter of an echo signal is estimated; a source signal of the echo signal is taken as a reference signal, and an echo estimation signal is generated according to the echo path characteristic parameter; and the echo estimation signal is subtracted from a speech signal to be processed. The present invention solves the problem in the related art that self-adaptation cannot be achieved when a returned near-end audio is suppressed, thus facilitating the enhancement of the speech quality of a conference and the improvement of user experience.

Microphone signal delay compensation control method based on echo cancellation
Liu Rui,Yu Licheng +1 more
- 15 Jul 2015
TL;DR: In this paper, a microphone signal delay compensation control method based on echo cancellation is proposed to solve the problem that due to the time delay between the microphone signal and the loudspeaker signal in a non-real-time system such as an Android system, acoustic echo cancellation module cannot be used normally.

Echo suppressing method and device
Houshuyama Osamu
- 23 Apr 2009
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for suppressing the echoes caused by the acoustic system coupling between a microphone (1) and a speaker (2) is used, which has a coefficient generating section (200), and a converting section (100) to detect the minimum value of the variation with time of the ratio of the amplitude of the second signal to the first signal.

Echo canceller for eliminating echo without being affected by noise
Masashi Takada
- 16 Dec 2010
TL;DR: In this article, a specific frequency component detector detects a frequency component of the same frequency as the specific frequency eliminated by the particular frequency component eliminator from the transmitter signal, and uses the noise power and the total power found by the noise calculator to find a control parameter of the echo canceller.
