Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Perceived Value: An Integrative Model
629
TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the relationship among customer satisfaction, service quality and perceived value and found that customer satisfaction and the perceived value significantly influence post-purchase behavior. But, little empirical research has been conducted to examine these variables simultaneously and their relationships with postpurchase behaviour.

Abstract: The present study examines the relationships among customer satisfaction, service quality and perceived value. These variables are increasingly recognised as being sources of competitive advantage. However, little empirical research has been conducted to examine these variables simultaneously and their relationships with post-purchase behaviour. The present study was therefore designed to develop an understanding of the relationships among these variables and their influence on postpurchase behaviour. An integrative model was developed and tested using data collected from customers in the restaurant industry. The results reveal that customer satisfaction and perceived value significantly influence post-purchase behaviour. Implications of the findings and areas for future research are discussed.

An intervariable approach to customer satisfaction and loyalty in the internet service market
TL;DR: CPV acts as a cornerstone to developing a successful multidimensional program of CL through functional and technical satisfactions and could investigate other outcomes of CS dimensions, such as customer lifetime value, customer retention, profitability, return on investment and market share, and their effects on customer loyalty (CL).
The effects of contingency factors on perceived values of casual sportswear: An empirical study of US consumers
TL;DR: In this article, a consumer perceived value (CPV) formation model in the context of the US casual sportswear market is proposed and empirically examined, and the effects of investigated contingency factors on perceived values are empirically determined.
Predicting repurchase intention for online clothing brands in Taiwan: quality disconfirmation, satisfaction, and corporate social responsibility
TL;DR: An extended model to explain repurchase intention is developed, taking into consideration disconfirmed quality expectation as well as the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR), showing that offline features have a significant effect on satisfaction while online features have only limited effects.

Structural equation modeling in practice: a review and recommended two-step approach
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provide guidance for substantive researchers on the use of structural equation modeling in practice for theory testing and development, and present a comprehensive, two-step modeling approach that employs a series of nested models and sequential chi-square difference tests.

SERVQUAL: A multiple-item scale for measuring consumer perceptions of service quality.
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe the development of a 22-item instrument (called SERVQUAL) for assessing customer perceptions of service quality in service and retailing organizations, and the procedures used in constructing and refining a multiple-item scale to measure the construct are described.

On the evaluation of structural equation models

TL;DR: In this article, structural equation models with latent variables are defined, critiqued, and illustrated, and an overall program for model evaluation is proposed based upon an interpretation of converging and diverging evidence.

Significance tests and goodness of fit in the analysis of covariance structures
TL;DR: In this article, a general null model based on modified independence among variables is proposed to provide an additional reference point for the statistical and scientific evaluation of covariance structure models, and the importance of supplementing statistical evaluation with incremental fit indices associated with the comparison of hierarchical models.
