Gravitational waves from dark first order phase transitions and dark photons
Andrea Addazi,Antonino Marciano +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a dark photon model was proposed, in which the scalar singlet associated to the spontaneous symmetry breaking has an effective potential that induces a first order phase transition in the early Universe.

Sizable NSI from the $SU(2)_L$ scalar doublet-singlet mixing and the implications in DUNE
D. V. Forero,Wei Chih Huang +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the mixing arises from a dimensionful coupling of the scalar doublet and singlet to the standard model Higgs boson, and the light mass eigenstate from the doublet-singlet mixing can generate much larger non-standard interactions than those induced by the heavy Eigenstate.
A μ-τ-philic scalar doublet under Zn flavor symmetry
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a minimal model which accommodates the long-standing anomaly of muon magnetic moment based on abelian discrete flavor symmetries, which is extended by scalar doublets charged under a Zn lepton flavor symmetry.
Indirect searches for dark matter bound state formation and level transitions
Iason Baldes,Francesca Calore,Kalliopi Petraki,Vincent Poireau,Nicholas L. Rodd,Nicholas L. Rodd +5 more
- 10 Nov 2020
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors extend the indirect searches to bound state formation and transitions between bound levels, and constrain the emission of unstable dark photons, which significantly refine the predicted signal flux that could be observed in experiments.
Point sources from dissipative dark matter
Prateek Agrawal,Lisa Randall +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors explore dissipative models where interaction with the Standard Model might provide visible signals, and show how such objects might give rise to the observed excess in gamma rays arising from the galactic center.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented the final report from a series of precision measurements of the muon anomalous magnetic moment, a(mu)=(g-2)/2.54 ppm, which represents a 14-fold improvement compared to previous measurements at CERN.

TL;DR: The root-mean-square charge radius, rp, has been determined with an accuracy of 2 per cent by electron–proton scattering experiments, and the present most accurate value of rp (with an uncertainty of 1 per cent) is given by the CODATA compilation of physical constants.
New Measurement of the Electron Magnetic Moment and the Fine Structure Constant
TL;DR: A measurement using a one-electron quantum cyclotron gave the electron magnetic moment in Bohr magnetons, g/2=1.001 159 652 180 73 (28) [0.28 ppt], with an uncertainty 2.7 and 15 times smaller than for previous measurements in 2006 and 1987.

Secluded U(1) below the weak scale
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the anomalous energy distribution of muon pairs is consistent with the hypothesis of the HyperCP Collaboration, without direct contradiction to the existing data on radiative kaon decays.

Muon g-2
TL;DR: The muon g-2 collaboration has measured the anomalous magnetic g value of the positive muon to within a relative uncertainty of 0.7 parts per million as discussed by the authors, which is in good agreement with the preceding data on a = 11 659 204(7)(5) x 10^{-10} and has about twice smaller uncertainty.
