Abstract: The invention relates to a utility-based military strength distribution network generation method. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a mapping relationship between a task logic network and atask organization network according to a hierarchical matching result of a task logic node and a task organization node; obtaining a mapping relationship between the task logic network and a task function network according to a node function matching result of the task logic node and a task function node; and according to a mapping relationship among the task organization network, the task logicnetwork and the task function network, obtaining corresponding military strength distribution nodes and node relationship data, and according to the military strength distribution nodes and the node relationship data, generating a corresponding military strength distribution network. According to the method, combat concepts are distributed to a task domain-organization domain-functional domain according to an analysis framework of objective-method means for capacity element design, capacity element schemes of the three fields are aggregated into military strength units, and the military strength units are subjected to cooperative association and quantitative assignment to form a networked military strength distribution scheme.
