Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating finishing method on the surface of a plasticizer containing material such as a sealing material and the like which controls the contamination and cracks of a coating film. SOLUTION: In the coating finishing method which covers the surface of the plasticizer containing material with the top coating material, the top coating material is characterized by containing 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a silicate compound calculated in terms of SiO 2 to 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the resin of which the glass transition temperature is from -20 to 60°C and containing the modified silicate compound with the equivalent ratio of 95:5-50:50 of a 1-12C linear alkyl group and a 3C or more branched alkyl group as the silicate compound.
