Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of personnel management, and provides a cloud customer service distribution method and device, a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprisesthe following steps of receiving a business service request carrying a user demand and a user identifier, according to the user identifier and a preset user information database, verifying the user identity, when the verification is passed, determining a user service level according to the user demand and a preset business level table, wherein the user service level comprises a first level and asecond level; when the service level of the user is the first level, pushing an operation prompt to the terminal according to the user demand and a preset business processing database, the operation prompt being used for guiding the user to process the business in a self-service manner, determining the user level according to the user identifier when the user service level is the second level, selecting expert customer service according to the user level and the user demand, and pushing the service prompt of the expert customer service to the terminal. By adopting the method, human resources can be saved.
