Abstract: In this chapter, we were introduced the concept of Bayesian inference and application to the real world problems such as game theory (Bayesian Game) etc. This chapter was organized as follows. In Sections 2 and 3, we present Model-based Bayesian inference and the components of Bayesian inference, respectively. The last section contains some applications of Bayesian inference.

Application of Bayesian Theorem for Precise Analysis of Clinical Test Results
03 Mar 2023
TL;DR: In this paper , the importance of Bayes theorem in health care especially in analysis of clinical results is studied and the right analysis and the probabilistic information give an idea about the seriousness of the situation and then give direction to doctor/ hospital even to the Nation how to deal with the situation to avoid the panic.

Equilibrium points in n-person games
TL;DR: A concept of an n -person game in which each player has a finite set of pure strategies and in which a definite set of payments to the n players corresponds to each n -tuple ofpure strategies, one strategy being taken for each player.
Existence of an equilibrium for a competitive economy
Kenneth J. Arrow,Gerard Debreu +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a simplification of the structure of the proofs has been made possible through use of the concept of an abstract economy, a generalization of that of a game, and proofs of the existence of an equilibrium are given for an integrated model of production, exchange and consumption.

Scaling regression inputs by dividing by two standard deviations.
TL;DR: This work recommends rescaling as a default option--an improvement upon the usual approach of including variables in whatever way they are coded in the data file--so that the magnitudes of coefficients can be directly compared as a matter of routine statistical practice.
