Abstract: An integrated analysis method of a ray machine based on int files comprises that coordinate transformation process is carried out to a result data of finite element analysis of any shaped optical mirror, and a data port of the ray machine based on int files. The data port deduces the result data of finite element analysis of the coordinate transformation processed optical mirror to optical design, analytical software and the integrated analysis of the ray machine of a space optical remote sensor is realized. The coordinate transformation process is carried out to the result data of finite element analysis of the optical mirror by the present invention, so as to any shaped mirror surface data. The present invention makes up for a deficiency that Zemike polynomial, as a data transformation port can only be carried out in a circular region. The int files are used as the data port of the integrated analysis of the ray machine without data fitting process, therefore, surface shape distribution errors can be avoided when introducing the data fitting process and the complexity of calculation can be simplified.
