Abstract: The invention relates to an assessment method of electromobile charging demand based on vehicle electron identifying. And the steps of the method are achieved by constructing function modules to combine into a function module framework mainly through computer programs which are stored in computer readable storage medium. According to the vehicle electron identifying information of the electromobile, a charging pile which is connected with the electromobile acquires an actual charging model of the charging last time from a control cloud end, pre-estimates charging time according to a charging saturation value, the power saving value of a cell and the actual charging model of the charging last time, and hereby establishes a charging evaluation model in a present charging period. Then in the charging of this time, charging will be conducted according to the charging evaluation model, in this way, under the circumstance of cell aging, the charging pile will charge the cell according to the latest charging condition in a nearly saturated charging interval, thus keeping a faster charging rate and getting a full charge.
