Abstract: The invention relates to a device for realizing fracture anatomical reduction. Belonging to the field of medical apparatus and instruments; the main structure of the device comprises a supporting plate, a sliding collar and a two-section nail; the connection way is that: the sliding collar is arranged on the supporting plate, the two-section nail is arranged in the sliding collar, and the plate, the collar and the nail form a resetting body; the invention has the technical characteristics of one nail resetting, universal resetting, assembly design, general function and being compatible with original fixed proposal, and has essential characteristics and remarkable progress. The device is suitable for resetting of various long tubular fractures universally and can correct various common displacement types, for instance, separation-short displacement, back and forth-inside and outside angulation displacement, back and forth-inside and outside translation displacement, internal rotation-external rotation displacement and compound displacement, and the fractures can achieve anatomy resetting.
