Surface transport and internalization of the membrane IgM H chain in the absence of the Mb-1 and B29 proteins.
TL;DR: It is concluded that a) the CH1 domain of micron contains a retention signal, the elimination of which allows surface transport of this protein, and b) micron by itself is capable of at least one of the functions of the membrane IgM complex.

TL;DR: It was demonstrated by antibody blockade to either CD11a, CD18 or CD54 that aggregation could be inhibited without affecting induced DNA synthesis or differentiation and that IL‐4 alone was able to induce aggregation of B‐CLL cells and to strongly enhance TPA+BSF‐MP6‐induced aggregalion.

Differential requirements of CD45 for lymphocyte development and function.
TL;DR: It is concluded that CD45 expression on B lymphocytes is not essential for B cell responses following antigen stimulation in vivo, however, CD4+ T helper function was severely diminished in CD45 exon 6‐deficient mice, suggesting that the requirements of CD45 molecules in antigen‐specific response and development are different between T and B lymphocyte.
