Abstract: To improve the accuracy of node localization for wireless sensor networks,this paper analyzed the RSSI ranging location method and proposed an improved ERSS algorithm.The proposed algorithm can avoid selecting the unreasonable weight value by fixing the weighting factors.Simulation results show that the improved algorithm have a more precise result than other algorithms on terms of distance calculations and positioning.
