All-In-One Automatic Vision-Based Surface Inspection System

TL;DR: In this paper, a loading platform for placing a to-be-detected object, a light source system for providing a light-source to the to-detector object, and a detection camera for acquiring the image of the detected object under the illumination of the light source, a blowing unit for blowing the surface of the target object to remove foreign matters, a control unit for processing the image acquired by the detection camera to obtain a corresponding surface defect and area.
