Abstract: An access request processing method, an apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium, which are applied to a remote multi-Cognos cluster environment, wherein each Cognos cluster shares a data storage space, and a load balancing server manages the Cognos clusters of a plurality of different regions. The processing method comprises the following steps: a load balancing server receiving an access request (S1); the load balancing server determining a target Cognos cluster from among managed Cognos clusters of a plurality of different regions, the target Cognos cluster being any Cognos cluster among the Cognos clusters that are in a normal state (S2); the load balancing server sending the access request to the target Cognos cluster such that the target Cognos cluster processes the access request (S3). The present invention overcomes the defect wherein a user is unable to access data when a cluster is abnormal.
