Impact of pedagogic agent-mediated metacognitive support towards increasing task and group awareness in CSCL
TL;DR: The findings indicated that the metacognitive support provided through a pedagogic agent for the experimental group members in CSCL had a significant impact on the motivation of students, metac cognitive awareness and group processes (transactive memory system, group cohesion, group atmosphere).

Assessing the Flexibility of Managers: A comparison of methods.
TL;DR: In this article, a conceptual and empirical comparison of three alternative methods of assessing the behavioral flexibility of managers is presented. But, the way managerial flexibility is typically assessed in practice, as a trait-like characteristic with coworker ratings that describe a general tendency to vary behavior across situations, is deficient.
