Optimization of Efficient Copper-Indium-Gallium Di-Selenide Solar Cell
Muhammad Rashid Ullah,Aimal Daud Khan,Javed Iqbal +2 more
- 01 Jul 2019
TL;DR: In this paper, a GPVDM simulator was used to analyze low cost material and optimize it for better efficiency as compared to conventional CIGS solar cells, and different material testing was also formed for windows and buffer layer, where it has been observed that the efficient model must have window layer Fluorine tin oxide (FTO) with thickness of 30nm and Zinc selenide (ZnSe), respectively.
