Abstract: The device (20) for configuring a fire detection system, which comprises at least one sensor (205) provided with a sensor (210) for measuring the value of a physical quantity close to the sensor for transmitting a signal representative of said value, further comprises: - at least one means (215) for wireless communication at short range of a signal representative of said value, and - a terminal (220) communicating cell configured to receive the release signal by said communication means and to display on a screen (225), a message representing the value of the physical quantity. In embodiments, the device (20) object of the present invention comprises a memory (245) of at least one location sensor (210) and means (250) for storing, in the memory (245) for locating , a location transmitted by a terminal (220) communicating portable.
