TL;DR: Genome-Wide Identification, Expression and Molecular Characterization of the Constans-Like Gene Family in Seven Orchids identifies and characterizes the COL gene family in orchids, providing new insights into the control of flowering and the potential for breeding new orchid varieties.
Identification and Characterization of the AREB/ABF Gene Family in Three Orchid Species and Functional Analysis of DcaABI5 in Arabidopsis
TL;DR: Identification and characterization of AREB/ABF gene family in three orchid species and functional analysis of DcaABI5 in Arabidopsis. The study identified and characterized twelve AREB/ABF genes in three orchid species, classified them into three groups, and analyzed their cis-regulatory elements and expression patterns. Additionally, functional analysis of DcaABI5 showed its ability to rescue the ABA-insensitive phenotype in the mutant abi5.

Genome-wide identification and characterization of tissue-specific non-coding RNAs in black pepper (Piper nigrum L.)
TL;DR: In this article , a panel of 53 RNA-Seq datasets of black pepper from six tissues, namely, flower, fruit, leaf, panicle, root, and stem of six black pepper cultivars, covering eight BioProjects across four countries, were identified and characterized a total of 6406 lncRNAs.
Regulation of miR394 in Response to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cepae (FOC) Infection in Garlic (Allium sativum L)
TL;DR: The results suggest that miR394 functions in negative modulation of FOC resistance and the difference in timing and levels of expression in variable genotypes could be examined as markers for selection of F OC resistant garlic cultivars.
