Abstract: Trace perchlorate in drinking water was determined using ion chromatography.30 mmol/L NaOH eluent,1 mL/min flow rate and 1 000 μL sample injection volume were used,perchlorate can be determined within 25 min.The water sample was concentrated in 10-flod by heating.The result showed that the recoverie of perchlorate was 87.9%,detection limit was 0.10 μg/L.The developed method is applicable for the quantitation of perchlorate in real water samples.

Abstract: Based on the data of heavy metals in farm soil in Chengdu,which including Pb,Hg,Cr,As,Cu,Zn and Cd,the potential ecological risk of heavy metals were analyzed and assessed.The results shows that the content of seven heavy metals Pb,Hg,Cr,As,Cu,Zn and Cd is 77.27 mg/kg,0.31 mg/kg,59.50 mg/kg,11.27 mg/kg,42.52 mg/kg,227.00 mg/kg,and 0.36 mg/kg;the contamination factor(E_r~i)of Hg and Cd is moderate,other heavy metals is light;the contamination level of farm soils are moderate.
